During the first two weeks after the oper\u00ada\u00adtion, anti-inflam\u00ad\u00adma\u00ad\u00adtory ther\u00adapy is prescribed (medica\u00adtion and local cool\u00ading). During this time, partial weight-bear\u00ading is also neces\u00adsary. Early func\u00adtional reha\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adta\u00adtion is performed, i.e. with\u00adout immo\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adsa\u00adtion and with inten\u00adsive outpa\u00adtient phys\u00adio\u00adther\u00adapy.
